Our Contact Centre team are looking for talented Customer Service Representative professionals to join the team on a 6-month fixed term contract.

The position of a Customer Service Representative is primarily to support and liaise with our internal/external customers. You will develop and maintain strong internal/external customer relationships, becoming involved in any process improvements to raise quality and service. Pro-actively identifying and informing customers of any network delays will play an integral part in this role.

The key areas of focus are:

  • Managing customer queries via phone & email

  • Resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner

  • Managing customer escalations

  • Being an ambassador for TGE
