As a Team Assistant you stand among the people on the work floor! You are responsible for enthusing a team of approximately 5-6 employees with your fellow Team Leader. You are the point of contact for the employees and team leaders. Within the team you organize it so that everyone is in the right place and you know how to motivate the team to achieve the objectives.
In addition to managing and motivating the team, you are busy with various other tasks. Think of technical and process improvements, optimizing quality, and improving (food) safety. In this position you also have contact with various departments, such as the Technical Service, Quality, Packing, Business Office and HRM.
The position requires a flexible attitude towards working hours, but we want to see what is possible together with you!

What are you going to do?
In this position you will work daily on the work floor so that you know what is going on.
- You manage the team in a coaching manner.
- You check the daily production quality.
- You contribute ideas for improvement in various areas, such as quality or technology.
- You identify bottlenecks within the production process and respond to them.
- You actively participate in (team) meetings where you can represent your team.
- You ensure compliance with rules and guidelines.
What do we ask of you?
- You have experience with the above tasks in the FOOD INDUSTRY;
- You master the English language;
- You are available to work in 3 shifts and also Saturdays;
- You have good communication and organizational skills;
- You live in the vicinity of Roosendaal, Breda or Bergen op Zoom.

- An annual contract with a view to a permanent contract;
- A good salary in accordance with collective agreements €3,618 - € 4,623 (incl. shift allowance)
- 38 hours per week;
- Travel allowance of €0.19 per km up to a maximum allowance of €5.70 per day;
