DESCRIPTION
- Overall accountability for the design & implementation of high-quality HR projects, processes, and services.
- Ensure the integration of HR solutions across all business units
- Prepare and present specific strategies for learning & development and performance management
- Develop and maintain strategies to ensure the high performance of key manager positions (as defined)
- Lead the development of HR service level agreements with business units.
- Create and present business cases for the initiation of projects designed to increase internal customer satisfaction with HR initiatives, processes, and services. This includes budgeting and project planning & tracking.
- Provide thorough leadership and best practice HR expertise to the entire organization.
- Define annual HR strategy process cycle and dates including performance management, succession planning, workforce planning, annual salary reviews, etc.

- The ideal candidate is an accomplished, high energy, collaborative leader who has experience working with managers and leaders at all levels, and a proven track record of building a progressive leadership development strategy.
