Job Description
1. Import Pick up raw materials in time, arrange freight and prepare customs clearance documents and maintain information communication with freight and customs declaration companies to ensure timely delivery of goods.
3. Customs declaration for import and export goods, application for certificate of origin, including monthly transportation bill check, and handling of possible cargo transportation and claims.
4. Factory processing trade process management, including raw material entry processing trade declaration, corresponding export verification and write-off, etc.
5. Follow-up processing of imported equipment and production line imports, including coordinating with third-party agencies for pre-installation inspections, classification of tax codes, etc., to ensure that production line equipment can successfully complete customs clearance and arrive at the factory in time.
6. Import and export process management, regularly conduct self-examination of the factory's import and export process, maintain communication with the headquarters, timely improve the deficiencies, and constantly improve the factory's customs affairs and import and export processes.
7. Assist other departments to complete import and export related needs, as well as other work arranged by the leader.
Qualifications
1. College Degree or above, major in international trade or logistics management.
2. At least 3 years of working experience in import and export and customs affairs, familiar with the basic process of international trade, familiar with the inspection process of customs clearance and commodity inspection.
3. Proficiency in the operation of commonly used office software, good English reading and writing skills, proficiency in reading and writing materials and documents related to their own work.
4. Possess strong communication and coordination skills and team spirit, strong sense of responsibility for work, and able to withstand certain work pressure.
5. Working experience in manufacturing import and export customs affairs, familiar with the import and export operation process of processing trade, and the internal import and export management process of the factory are preferred.
