Job description

1. Process and fulfill customer orders.

2. Handling customer inquiries.

3. Manage and resolve customer complaints and returns in a timely and professional manner.

4. Able to work independently and in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

5. Handling daily E-Commerce & basic office administration-related works.

6. Language required : Bahasa Melayu & English

7. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word / Excel) required.

8. Assist in order processing, documentation and delivery Clerical and administration support to platform.

9. Carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by superior.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
