Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Workplace Experience Associate Assistant for our Integrated Facilities Management business line.

What this job involves:
Client Management
Strive to “delight” the Client in all aspects of service delivery. Capture customer complaints/concerns and ensure all are recorded and addressed in a timely manner.

Space coordination
Ensure all site floor plans are up to date, correctly polyline these and ensure all areas have been assigned the right space classification
Own and regularly update the onsite storage and furniture storage, share optimization/reduction possibilities
Assess furniture condition across entire site and prepare recommendations
Act as back-up towards client and all on site team with regards to keys procedure/ordering/management. Manage the key inventory, keep up to date and share recommendations for future improvements
Timely list and highlight the need of missing or spare parts. Request quotes with applicable vendors and get WEA alignment for ordering

HS&E
Being part of the Safety Program team on-site, including taking ownership of one or more Key Elements.
Follow-up and check of HSE processes for JLL on-site
Ensure that all staff are working in compliance with H&S regulations.
Support and manage any HS&E reporting, scorecard and training matrix
Assist JLL safety owner during regular review and progress meetings with HS&E
Proactively communicate any potential updates/concerns/issues
Identify potential process optimizations within your area of responsibilities and suggest solutions/recommendations.
Ownership of collective protection equipment from tagging to follow-up of legal inspection in the HS&E proprietary system (Vincotte online tracking tool for inspection)

Security
Support the TPSP and also his/her backup with all administration, preparation and follow-up on Security related issues and audits
Provide help where necessary to meet the Security Standards on site

Provide help within team where needed
