You will professionally lead an interdisciplinary project team and assume complete project responsibility as the main contact person for our customer
Successfully completed studies (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in the field of industrial engineering or, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or comparable qualification

- You will be the interface between customer and CaWebasto
- You will be responsible for the planning, execution, documentation and evaluation of your project, while adhering to milestones, deadlines, budget and quality standards
- You will also be in charge of achieving the financial project objectives as well as constantly monitoring and report of the project progress
- As program manager you are responsible for the compliance with APQP process and standards as well as for the implementation of requested change requests
- Together with your project team, you will develop forward-looking problem-solving strategies
- You need to provide direction and support to the Project Team and assure project deliverables
- You will be the interface between your team, the management and the customer, whom you will regularly inform about changes and the project progress
Successfully completed studies (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in the field of industrial engineering or, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in project/program management in the automotive supply industry
- Organizational and analytical talent as well as a solution and customer-oriented way of working
- Enthusiasm and a high level of initiative
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Affinity for the automotive industry
- Desire to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in the use of common office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Good written and spoken German and English, French an advantage
