We are a 18+ year old Sign, Graphics and Display Solution Company with offices in Dubai and Florida. We are urgently looking for a dynamic Store Keeper, highly motivated & Energetic individual, having passion for bright career and growth to be a part of our growing team.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping
- Experience in Handling store for Interior Fit-out company / Building Material /Hardware Store company preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Language.
- Experience on Tally or Quickbooks or accounting software for encoding invoices and entering purchase bills .
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
- Open to work for flexible hours - Day and Night shifts
Job Qualifications:
- Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders
- Inspect the material for quality and quantity against the material request form
- Track, document, resolves discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries and warranties.
- Ensure accuracy of the facilities inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, records, withdrawals, adjustments and returns on a daily basis.
- Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels
- Responsible for stock rotation and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
- Ensure all the materials are stored safely and meet the manufacturer recommendation on storage methods
- Manage supplier relations and database as well as maintain high ethical relationships both internally and externally
- Responsible for shipping cancelled or damaged items back to suppliers as appropriate.
- Checks all incoming materials for possible damages or scratches and keeps the management adequately informed for reimbursements and record keeping.
- Prepare monthly consumption reports.
- Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organised.
- Classify, store and tag items in the warehouse on a daily basis in order to ensure timely finding and release of products

- Initiates materials request in coordination with the project team and in parallel with stock balance.
- Release of supplies as requested ensuring proper documentation of all incoming /outgoing transactions.
Qualifications:
- Degree / Diploma holder / ITI - technical
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
